Who we are...
PowerUp, Inc. was founded in 2003 to meet the needs of the military vehicle repower market. When Detroit Diesel exited the transit market in 2005 by discontinuing the Series 50 engine, a need developed for an engine to replace it in existing coaches. Working with transit properties and Cummins, we developed a way to breathe new life into older transit buses.

The company founder has over 30 years in the heavy duty diesel engine market, 23 of which were with Cummins, Inc. distributors, working with OEM's on proper engine installations
Located in Marietta, GA, a northwest suburb of Atlanta, our 6500 sq. ft. shop is fully capable of working on transit buses to prototype repower kits as well as meeting production needs for volume kit orders.
